Balls To The Wall

Personally I hate wall balls, but I try to throw them into my workouts (no pun intended) at least once or twice a week. Why? because they provide for an amazing and effective workout.  It is a great muscle endurance builder as well as for cardio. It is a full body workout – and I mean full body.  It not only builds stamina but improves balance and coordination and promotes good form. To be able to complete a wall ball workout, efficiency is key therefore good form is essential.
